Dr. Warren Taff, MD, MPH
Consulting Physician
Dr. Taff works extensively both with chemically dependent and psychiatric patient populations. With specific expertise in medication management, he is on faculty at the University of Southern California for the psychiatric residents.
Warren is board certified and works as Medical Director for chemical dependency, eating disorders and psychiatric treatment programs with a vertically integrated delivery system and provides guidance to the treatment team in the delivery of their continuum of addiction treatment services.

Ryan Franke
Director of Business Development
Ryan Franke is the Director of Business Development for The Landing. Ryan coordinates the admission process and works closely with referents and families to make sure that all concerned parties have the information that they need before and during the treatment process.
Ryan can be found at The Landing often, checking on our clients and showing people around the facility.

Becky Gordon, RN

Becky is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors degree in Nursing. She has clinical experience in a variety of nursing specialties including medical/surgical, psychiatric/mental health, neonatal/pediatric nursing, and community health nursing. Becky’s goal in working with people in recovery is to make them feel physically comfortable so that they can concentrate on the mental and emotional aspects of getting well. She enjoys being a part of the client’s pathway to health and strives to be a resource to any person who is need of care.

Nathan Stump, CAS
Primary Case Manager
Nathan Stump is the Primary Case Manager at The Landing. Nate has been working with men in recovery for over 14 years and has spent the last 8 working as a case manager.
Nate came to Sober Living by the Sea in 2005 and helped many men and women as Program Manager of Sober Living by the Sea’s Intensive Outpatient Program.
Nathan was promoted to being the Primary Case Manager at The Landing in 2009 , and has brought his passion and professionalism to the premier men’s facility for addiction treatment.

Quentin Hafter, MS, MFTI

Quinn’s clinical work experience extends from private practice settings to residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities. While working at The Landing, Quinn concurrently served as the Director of Intensive Outpatient for Sober Living by the Sea. Quinn is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with substance abuse issues and the co-occurring mental health difficulties that accompany chemical dependency. Quinn also enjoys working along side individuals employed in the substance abuse industry. Quinn also works as a therapist in a private practice setting.

It is very likely that Jeff will be the friendly voice at the other end of the line when you call our admissions team to ask questions about the treatment process. Jeff is patient and caring with the families he interacts with.
Jeff is a graduate from Loma Linda University and has worked in the Behavioral Health field for over 10 years. Jeff has experience working with adolescents and adults at every level of care from outpatient treatment through hospitalization. Jeff has a great knowledge of the variety of treatment available and is able to factor in contingencies like insurance availability and the client’s underlying issues to make a solid recommendation for treatment.
